unless you like breakfast for dinner (which I do). I like breakfast foods. They are often simpler to make and less complex to digest.

An omelet for dinner can be the perfect meal.

Late night pancakes take me back to my childhood. As a special treat when we stayed up after my mom went to bed, my dad would make a stack of thin pancakes topped with a little butter.
