I write books, essays, blog posts. I'm querying my memoir manuscript, as well as a women's fiction ms right now. My blog, Whole Latte Life, looks at how we all live our passions. And regular coffee works best for me, with an occasional green tea in the wintertime :)

I always try to comment on your blog. You know about my book – and I like to read science fiction, fantasy, and thrillers. Squirrels are rodents. And I don't drink jellyfish.

I stop by every few weeks as post topics grab me. I write and am currently querying a literary YA manuscript. I like to read contemporary YA, women's fiction and some adult literary: anything that strikes me a psychologically intriguing.Squirrels are darned annoying, if kind of cute. We have a special subspecies in my neighborhood: the Black Squirrels of the Wissahickon Valley (a mutation of the native red squirrel). They're the 75% more evil subspecies! More prone to eat your flowers and otherwise wreck your garden. You visit my blog all the time, so no news there…and I guess I'm neutral on most of the last topics except the fish. Jellyfish scare me big time. They keep me out of the ocean more than any other freaky sea creature.

  6. * Frequent Reader – Well, I have you in Google Reader and I catch up on my feeds 2-3 times a week, so I'm usually fairly up to date on your blog. * Write Books – I love to write, but I struggle to find a dedicated time to do so. I've written one “full” ~teen novella (~180 pages) and I have another ~200+ work in progress. But I've never fully gone through the revision process to clean up the messes and make them ready for any mass consumption. * Squirrels are fine and dandy, but I generally prefer chipmunks. * My blog is titled cucullus non facit monachum, a latin phrase (referenced in Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, I believe) about appearances being deceiving. I started blogging a “long” time ago (especially in Internet life span) and have covered a variety of topics. I try to review books I've read, movies/plays I've seen, games I've played, etc. I also give general updates on family and life as well as the random potpourri posts. * I don't drink coffee or tea…I'm a cocoa fan. Not a fan of any squidlike food, but I enjoy watching them swim. They're amazing. As for Mars or Venus, I haven't had the pleasure of meeting any firsthand (at least as far as I know), so I withhold my judgement for now. ;)

This is a cool post & I've enjoyed reading all the comments. Yes, I read your blog, but I have to forge ahead & announce that I'm a huge fan of squirrels. I was very intrigued to read about that mutation of red squirrels. I've read about red squirrels & they can be a bit more aggressive than fox or grey squirrels. I even have pictures of squirrels on my Facebook page & will be adding more soon.Yes, I blog, in fact, I have 2 of them. They're both listed in my profile. I also have 2 books on Kindle.Prefer tea & as for fish & planets, I'm not too fussy!

Sorry, I deleted my previous post due to some malfunctions with my keyboard and brain….*I am a frequent reader, I have your RSS on my google home page. I am sorry I am terrible at commenting.*I do not write books, I illustrate them. Although I would love to someday write a children's book. Lots of ideas swimming in my head, so maybe…*I own both rats and guinea pigs, so of course my answer would be love squirrels! *I blog about my art at http://loniedwards.com/blog. *Tea for the most part, although I love a good cup of java now and again.*I think both cuttlefish and jellyfish are beautiful in their own ways. * I would probably like both, although I have yet to meet either. I have a thing for certain Kryptonians. Does that count? :)

First time reader who came upon this blog from the A to Z challenge site. I have had my own blog for 3 years now. I'm a first time reader and I found you through the A-Z challenge.I write books, but none of them are published yet. I also write a lot of poetry, some of which has been published. My favourite genre to read is Romance (which is a pretty broad genre in itself these days), with Urban Fantasy and Fantasy a close second.Squirrels are cute – I was watching a couple of them play chase in my backyard just this morning. My main blog is Random Thoughts which has a set schedule Monday thru Friday. My other blog, Random Writings is a little more haphazard, but focused on writing.I'm a big tea drinker, my current favourite is a lemon-honey-ginsing green tea. Cuttlefish or Jellyfish? Are we talking to eat or to meet up with when swimming?Venusians are pretty hot, but Martians are real cool. :-)

Hi, I'm stopping by because of the A to Z Challenge. I'm not a frequent reader, because I just found you, but I don't plan on being a one-stop guest either. I'm an aspiring author who is about to start querying on a YA Fantasy novel, and I've been hopping around meeting other authors or aspiring authors. My favorite rock…hmmm…I live in Colorado Springs, so we have plenty of rocks, mostly limestone, sandstone and shale, I think, but I like opals, if those count as rocks. Or are they gems? They're just so simple, and yet so beautiful.I blog about my journey to publication at www.thewarriormuse.blogspot.comI'm sorry for your loss, and look forward to your posts.

  27. Visiting from the A-Z Challenge! My son loves geology and I love how you've provided info on the gemstones for writing purposes! Very helpful! You can find me at The Modest Peacock
